Becca the Butterfly

On the 2nd of December The Acoustic Tunnel alongside artists Joe Kelly, Livia Harper, and Beatrice Bredikyte joined the after school children’s Art and STEM (Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) club as part of the 1A Arts Holborn Community center. Displayed here is Becca the Butterfly, Becca is a robotic butterfly constructed by Joe and Livia (the Creative Robotics Collective) and decorated by the whole group with colourful materials to display as a final piece. Becca moves her wings when you hold your hand above the tree besides her, with help from the after school arts group we can watch Becca come to life!
